Percy Jackson And The Lighting Bolt Thief is one of my favorite books because it has two of my favorite genres greek mythology and action/adventure and as well shows that when it truly matters family and friends will be there for you. In the book you read how he fight a minotaurs and he fights a friend because of betrayal. Also how they fought Medusa. The book show that your friend and family will there for you because through the journey Annabeth and Grover our with percy helping when in danger and Spoilers his dad come to help him near the end to defeat the friend that betrayed him. 2. Harry Potter and The Goblin Of Fire By J.K Rowelling.
I love Harry Potter and The Goblin Of Fire because it show me that a true friend is always loyal. Another reason I love this book because it has great amount of action it has. In the book Ron get mad with Harry because somehow Harry is entered into the Triwizard tournament even thought they are not old enough but Ron eventually forgives him. In the book Ron and Hermonie help him to find spell or postion for the first event. In the book he has to face a dragon, sea creatures, and other competedure in the Triwizard tournament.

I this book influenced me because it showed me that it is okay not to what is considered "normal". In the book he is naive to the other characters it is weird but he is the most delightful person in the book. He is always respectful which most kids will not do. Also he takes getting yelled at with out dreary but as advise. He also has a different take on live then other kids his age as more childish but still in a good way.

I enjoy to read this book because it shows how a young boy can survive by himself but still need help from others. Manic Magee runs away from his uncle and aunts house. (His parents were killed by a trolly accident) He is on the run for a year. Eventually he come upon a small town. Their he meet different people that have problems he tries to solve them. He meets different type of people throughout the time the book spans they all treat him differently.
5. Diary Of A Wimpy Kid series. By Jeff Kidney
I like these books because I can relate to the main character. Greg Heffely is a pre teen starting in middle which what I did last year. He has a best friend that he has known since before he start middle school, I have known my best friend since I was 3 years old. Greg also is cocky and narcissist I might act cocky to other sometimes but I truly never mean it. He has two parent that might embarrass him and I not going to lie that has happen to me before.
6. Welcome Home Jelly bean By Marlene Shyer
I like "Welcome Home Jellybean" because it is about a boy having to live with a sibling with mental problems. He has to deal with the troubles have sibling with these problems and that you have to make compromise about your life. Also it shows that the people you loved and you thought that they loved you can be selfish to you.

I like to read this book because it has beautifully drawn pictures an amazing story about a young boy living alone in a train station. I also like how it talks about how time change and one bad thing can change your life. You should do what can for your loved ones.
I like Hatchet because it is a survival book about a young boy in the woods were he is alone. How it show that sometimes we all need to be alone to find of what we are truly capable of doing. I liked the character development of Brian. To I liked this book because it only has one character throughout the whole book. I liked this book so much I read the other book "Brian's Winter".
9. The Lion The witch and the Wardrobe By C.S Lewis.
I enjoyed reading this book because it took me to different world and how C.S Lewis developed the characters. It taught that forgiving is forgetting that family always stick together. Also how it ties in with book the "Magicians Nephew. I like how the atmosphere changes from good to bad to good again.
10. Cat In The Hat By Dr. Sues
I loved this book because it taught me an important lesson in my live that it is okay to have fun as long as you know your limits. To this day it has helped me a better student and person because I know to know when not to cross the line.
I loved reading The Invention Of Hugo Cabret too. I loved how the pictures were so detailed. Also I like how the movie was very similar to the book. Some movies are completely different from the book. Also I would like to read Welcome Home Jelly Bean. I heard from a few other people that it was a good book.
