pages: 0-60I believe that most characters are believe with the exception of few that I have not read up to. I believe that Harry is some what in the of believable and unbelievable area the character himself can is realistic someone that lives with his aunt and uncle that is not cared for and likes to go to school. While at the same time it unbelievable that he is wizard, that he is hate by a man that has killed his parents but survived do to the fact his mom but a spell on him. His uncle Vernon is believable because hating people, being mean and beings overweight being to become more common of being human. Dudley is overweight, spoiled, and hates Harry this is something that happens with kids now a days.
Something that was believable was that Harry is unwanted by his uncle, aunt, and cousins because this happens often in real life. While one thing that is unbelievable is that Harry was able to inflate his aunt. Another thing that was unbelievable was that their is a bus that can go hundreds of miles and hour while not crashing into cars. Harry liking to go to school is one thing that was believable do to the fact that many kids do like to go to school. There being a secret town in London is unbelievable because there are many satellite that see most of the earth and heat scanner that can see heat throughout objects
I have enjoyed it do the fact that is well written the tone is calm and nice while it can turn with a snap of a finger to sad and angry. Another reasoning that I like this book because it takes you to a new world filled with wonder and "magic" that most author don't try to deal with. The author also writes the character development so well you can see how they have grown over time. The way that you are able to connect with the characters do to the fact that under the fact that they can use magic they are just regular kids having a good time with each other. The fact that there is a deranged killer out to get Harry shows that he is not save no matter were he is which gives a greater element to the book.
